- Chop the cold, raw cranberries coarsely in Cuisinart or blender
and remove to mixing bowl.
- Quarter whole lemon with skin and chop very finely in Cuisinart
or blender. Add to cranberries in bowl.
- Slice celery thinly by hand or pulse several seconds in Cuisinart
or blender to medium fine consistency. Add to mixture in bowl.
- Add chopped nuts (optional) to bowl.
- Add one 10 oz. jar of All Fruit Type Jelly of the flavor you desire
to mixture in bowl and stir to blend all ingredients.
- Chill until serving time.

- 12 oz. fresh cranberries
- 1 whole lemon, quartered and chopped with skin
- 1 cup celery, chopped medium/fine.
- 10 oz. All Fruit Type Jelly such as Polaner All Fruit, Sorrel
Ridge or Smucker's Simply Fruit; apricot, peach, raspberry, strawberry,
or as you will.
- 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional).
